Texas MFO Makes Two Promotions, One Hire

Houston, TX-based Sentinel Trust Company, a multi-family office, has made two executive promotions and a new hire. Lissa Gangjee, who joined in 2012, has been promoted to president and will be responsible for the delivery of all Sentinel services to clients. It is unclear if this is a new role or if she replaces anyone. Gangjee joined as senior vice president and senior relationship officer before being promoted to senior managing director and head of client service in 2013. Before Sentinel, she was managing director of wealth planning, senior relationship manager, and Portland, OR, office head at Threshold Group. Meanwhile, Anne-Lise Wiegand has been promoted to senior vice president and senior relationship officer. She will continue to lead the investment, planning, fiduciary, administrative and family office services delivered to certain clients. Prior to joining Sentinel, Wiegand was associate director of wealth planning at advisory at Threshold Group, starting her career at Albina Community Bank. Sentinel has also hired Angela Caraway as vice president and senior relationship officer from Bank of America/US Trust, where she has worked since 1993 and was most recently vice president and trust officer in the private wealth management division. Sentinel currently serves more than 36 families and is responsible for over $2.9 billion in assets.
